Chapter Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chapter Operations Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regional stakeholders and collaborate with chapters on policies, procedures, and operational areas
• Review, revise, and recommend chapter policies while identifying process improvements
• Ensure satisfactory service levels between PMI and chapters, partnering with Chapter Engagement Specialists

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of 3 years of association experience or similar scope experience
• General knowledge of association laws and practices
• Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
• Proficiency in English as the business language for PMI
