Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement campaign strategies for priority programs and projects
• Recruit, manage, and train volunteers, fostering a proactive volunteer culture
• Advocate for the organization's position on proposed legislation and represent the organization to various stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Demonstrated experience in policy advocacy and lobbying
• Experience with grassroots organizing and coalition building
• Proven managerial skills, including mentoring and supporting staff
• Strong project management experience from conception through implementation
• Understanding of operationalizing equity in organizational practices
