A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's P&L and balance sheet; safeguard cash and optimize working capital
• Build and refine financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions
• Lead annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and monitor burn rate across functions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance leadership, including experience as a CFO or VP Finance in a high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, or startup environment
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance tracking
• Experience managing financial operations for U.S.-based legal entities
• Strong knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP is a plus
• Track record of supporting fundraising and investor communications
