• Familiarity with frontline industries and a focus on optimizing customer and worker experiences
• Success in leading brand evolution and market repositioning initiatives
• Expertise in hybrid go-to-market strategies, integrating Product-Led Growth with Enterprise Sales
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
