Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to oversee M&A integration activities and support the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the overall M&A integration strategy
• Lead the development and execution of detailed integration plans, including timelines and resource allocation
• Serve as a central point of contact for integration-related communications and prepare updates for leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in M&A integration, particularly in managing teams
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Understanding of business economics, especially in subscription-based businesses
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other relevant systems
