Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of captive insurance accounts and oversee all claim-related processes
- Provide oversight and support to Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) for effective claims management
- Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance claim handling services
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Associate degree or relevant experience
- Knowledge of insurance and captive insurance is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of liability experience
- Strong desire to learn and display confidence in resolving matters
- Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
