Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Clerk to provide claims support by reviewing, researching, and processing claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims
  • Authorize appropriate payments or refer claims for further review
  • Conduct data entry, analyze trends, and maintain claims tracking database
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of data entry experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic proficiency with computers and Windows PCs
