Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve auto and property damage claims, ensuring timely and efficient processing
• Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinating with other departments and addressing customer inquiries
• Document claims interactions and escalate complex cases for further review as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Associate degree is preferred
• Customer service experience is required
• 6-12 months of related experience is preferred
• Ability to obtain a Company sponsored Adjuster's license upon hire is required
