Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of general computer systems, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone
Familiarity with software programs including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment
