Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Partner to lead and grow client relationships for large IT outsourcing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for GCC-based clients
• Drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of outsourcing deals and identifying new business opportunities
• Oversee delivery excellence and ensure client satisfaction through effective resource alignment and issue resolution

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in IT account management, with at least 5 years on large outsourcing projects
• Proven success in managing large portfolios, preferably in GCC environments
• Strong expertise in IT outsourcing models and global operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields; MBA preferred
