Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions.
Regularly collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in services or products.
Accurately update and maintain client records in the company database, ensuring all information is current and correct.
Post Product Reviews where instructed
Requirements:
Google account needed for Google Suite
Professional online presence, including social media profiles
Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Has Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
