Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Manager to join their Retirement Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from clients, brokers, and Third-Party Administrators within service standards
• Provide information on retirement account details, payments, products, and application status
• Assist in training team members and contribute to process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with 401k Retirement products
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• In-depth understanding of internal business procedures and workflows
• Commitment to quality and excellent organizational skills
