A company is looking for a Client Services Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve complicated client inquiries, collaborating with management and cross-functional departments
• Analyze escalations to identify root causes and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting
• Generate and analyze weekly trending reports for management, offering data related to issues and potential solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proficient understanding of Hospital Revenue Cycle Services
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high productivity and accuracy
