Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the AdBook+ platform and assist clients with configuration and technical inquiries
• Manage client relationships to achieve Trusted Advisor status and advocate for client needs
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop strategies for client retention and revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline
• Demonstrated successful client interaction skills
• Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
