Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as client success or account management
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
• Proven track record of solving complex customer issues
• Familiarity with Salesforce and similar tools is highly desirable
