Cloud Engineer - Container Orchestration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Engineer - Container Orchestration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage secure, scalable container orchestration platforms using Amazon EKS, ECS, and Fargate
  • Deploy microservices and application workloads across hybrid cloud environments with automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement observability and logging strategies while ensuring compliance with federal requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in deploying and managing containerized workloads on AWS using Kubernetes and ECS
  • Proficient in authoring and managing Kubernetes manifests and developing automation solutions using infrastructure as code tools
  • Strong understanding of container networking, pod security policies, and federal compliance frameworks
