Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to join their Accounting and Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) collections and customer outreach
• Collaborate with Business Units to develop action plans for collections
• Track and report on A/R performance metrics and collection activities

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Experience with financial software systems
• Proven ability to analyze A/R performance and bad debt exposure
• Experience with collections processes
