Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner with a Colorado license.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while dedicating a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife
• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in women's health
• Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider
• Active state license in Colorado and at least one additional state license
• Experience in telemedicine is a plus
