A company is looking for a Commercial Evaluations Analyst for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze property characteristics and input data into evaluation reports
• Conduct searches for comparable sales and estimate market value using the Sales Comparison Approach
• Recommend adjustments and weightings for comparables to finalize value estimates for review

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate or appraisal firms
• Understanding of commercial evaluation concepts and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
