Commercial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding and training processes, including order entry and paperwork management
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and healthcare providers
• Manage data and files within the Salesforce system in collaboration with commercial teams

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in business analysis/reporting
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including model building and formulas
• Experience with Salesforce CRM software
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred
