Key Responsibilities
- Support operational needs of the Sales team by managing quota maintenance and territory alignment documentation
- Analyze data and develop reports to identify insights that improve commercial performance
- Assist in redesigning processes within Sales to drive efficiency and create training materials for new processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2+ years of professional experience or 4+ years of relevant experience
- Interest or experience in supporting B2B SaaS or high-tech customer organizations
- Interest or experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business analytics
- Interest or experience in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
