• Manage the technical aspects of the community platform, ensuring optimal performance and functionality
• Organize, curate, and publish content to keep the community informed and engaged

Required Qualifications

• Experience with LumApps intranet services is highly preferred
• Ability to implement and maintain quality content standards
• Experience in collaborating with internal teams to support community initiatives
• Proficiency in addressing user inquiries and technical issues
• Experience in creating and documenting standard operating procedures
