Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Community Manager (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute online and offline events to engage with current and potential customers
• Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth
• Analyze community insights and feedback to improve marketing initiatives and customer experiences

Required Qualifications:

• Proven (3-5 years) experience in community management, event planning, and social media marketing
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Analytical thinker - able to understand target metrics and goals
• Familiarity with Shopify and working with brand ambassadors or influencers is a plus
• Pacific Time Zone compatibility preferred
