Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals
• Coordinate and assess medical services, exploring vocational options for injured workers
• Collaborate with all parties involved in the claim, including the injured person, claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers

Required Qualifications

• Compact RN license required; California RN license preferred
• CCM certification strongly preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) strongly preferred
• Experience in worker's compensation case management preferred
• ICU/ER experience will be considered
