Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and maintain non-executive Total Rewards programs
• Project manage market studies and Total Rewards programs, ensuring execution excellence and consistency
• Analyze data to define problems and provide consultation on Total Rewards matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5 years of compensation/HR related experience required
• CCP - Certified Compensation Professional preferred upon hire
