Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing materials for compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and internal partners

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial regulatory compliance for a Bank or Fintech company
• 3+ years of experience working in a Bank or Fintech company
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to advertising and promotions
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
• Willingness to learn about new industries and perform independent research on regulatory updates
