Compliance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Associate to support its US Compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for Vendor Management oversight and governance, including risk-based performance reviews
• Oversee the Regulatory Change Management process, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory developments
• Conduct compliance monitoring and testing activities, documenting findings and tracking remedial actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• 5 years of related experience in the insurance industry or a regulatory/compliance role
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to interact across all levels of the organization
