Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Compliance II - Complaints Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team analyzing internal processes for compliance-related issues and implement necessary changes
• Direct compliance program efforts to align with the Bank's risk appetite and assess compliance risks
• Foster relationships with business units and provide consultation on compliance-related matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing Customer Complaint programs at large banking/financial institutions preferred
• Minimum of seven years of risk management experience in banking/financial institutions
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory/compliance management processes
• Ability to independently manage work and navigate ambiguity/change
