Job Summary

A company is looking for a TE Compliance Underwriter II.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform compliance reviews of mortgage documents to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations
• Analyze settlement fees and identify compliance irregularities within loan files
• Manage workflow to meet daily volume and quality goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in the residential mortgage industry
• 1+ years of experience in compliance reviews preferred
• Proficient in reviewing TRID loans originated post 10/3/2015
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
