Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant to configure their software for customers and guide them through the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise in Entrata software and the property management industry
• Implement solutions for Small Market and Mid-Market customers while identifying their business goals
• Consult on system configuration and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the consulting journey

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of related consulting experience in Entrata or SaaS
• Bachelor's degree
• Solid understanding of Google Suite products
• Exposure to multi-family or proptech industry verticals
• Previous property management experience is a plus
