Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Scheduler I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming referrals and schedule appointments according to established protocols
• Engage patients in the scheduling process and maintain accurate demographic and medical information
• Coordinate with the clinic care team and respond to multi-channel communications to ensure a positive patient experience

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five years of customer service experience in a multi-tasking environment or a Bachelor's degree
• Call center experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong keyboarding and computer skills
