A company is looking for a Content Moderator.

Key Responsibilities

• Review content (videos, images, text, live-streaming, and audio) according to client's processes and policies
• Ensure compliance with policy/legal standards and maintain content safety
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding abuse reports and enforcement appeals

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate education required (currently attending college or university)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to content moderation tools
• Strong understanding of community guidelines and online safety standards
• Ability to remain objective and avoid personal bias during content reviews
