Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of contracting activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate version control of contract documents throughout the review, approval, and execution process
  • Distribute finalized agreements to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and secure manner
  • Audit executed agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and CMS regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, contract coordination, or a similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with healthcare contracting, CMS programs, or legal document handling preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with contract management systems
  • Associate's degree or higher is desirable
