Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a customer-facing contact on key deals exceeding $100k in collaboration with account teams
• Facilitate communication and coordinate orders between strategic customers and Customer Service & Support
• Manage the end-to-end pipeline of SMB/SMCC customers, providing forecasting and risk assessment for key deals

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of customer-facing experience with Enterprise and Education customers
• Ability to understand business requirements for large device deals ($1M+)
• Experience managing inbound sales team business, including forecasting
• Demonstrated experience with Surface devices or PCs to Commercial or Consumer customers
• BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university
