Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist responsible for managing the contracting workflow between healthcare providers and affiliated legal entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify provider contract requests for accuracy and compliance with policies
• Enter and manage contract requests in the contracting system, ensuring proper approvals are obtained
• Draft and process provider contract documents, monitor their status, and assist with contracting projects

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of college or an Associate Degree required, with preferred coursework in relevant fields
• 2+ years of related professional experience, preferably in legal or contracting roles
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
• Working knowledge of business units and functional areas such as HR, Legal, and Compliance
