Contracting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Budgeting and Contracting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate site-related contracting items, including clinical trial agreements and budgets
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and manage the contract tracking system
• Provide regular status updates on open contracts and assist in the development of departmental processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (LLB, JD, BA, or BS) preferred
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of clinical study protocols and schedule of assessments
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
