  • Review, redline, and draft various third-party commercial agreements
  • Manage legal records and archives, ensuring proper organization and maintenance of contracts
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in legal contracts management or legal operations
  • Prior experience with Ironclad, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office is highly desired
  • Strong project management skills and administrative organization abilities
  • Familiarity with legal agreements and commercial vendor contracts is a plus
  • Paralegal experience is a plus
