Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnership and Sales Contract Manager to support their Partnership and Sales Commercial Counsel team on an interim basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contract process for partnership and sales agreements, including intake, redlining, approvals, and execution
• Draft and revise commercial terms using templates, in coordination with legal counsel
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on contract positions and approvals, while identifying and escalating legal and commercial risks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracts management experience, ideally in a tech or fintech environment
• Familiarity with a range of commercial agreements, including technology integrations and merchant sales contracts
• Bachelor's degree required; legal training (e.g. JD, LLB, paralegal certificate) is a plus
• Experience with CLM tools and collaborative document management
• Exposure to data privacy, IP licensing, or regulatory issues in contracts
