A company is looking for a Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various contracts, including master agreements and consulting services arrangements
• Coordinate with internal and external experts and drive the contracting process
• Respond to inquiries regarding contract interpretation and maintain contractual records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Paralegal Studies, Communications, or related field
• 7-10 years' experience working with contracts, particularly in negotiating SaaS agreements
• Experience with various commercial transactions, including SaaS and IP licensing
• Familiarity with data privacy, HIPAA, and FDA regulations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation skills
