Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including cash management, payroll, billing, and consolidations
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements while driving operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is required
• 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience in a publicly traded company or audit environment
• Expertise in US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Strong operational and technical accounting experience, including consolidations and cash management
• Proven track record in leading large teams and managing diverse accounting functions
