Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to serve as the primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounting relationships and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Oversee the execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle and compliance with GAAP
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
  • 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
  • Experience in complex revenue recognition and payroll management
