CPA Licensed Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to assist in all aspects of accounting management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Controller in daily accounting operations and high-visibility projects
• Lead the financial reporting team responsible for SEC filings and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Manage external and internal audit processes and coordinate with third-party accounting service providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of audit experience in public accounting with regional or Big Four firms
• 3+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Active CPA license
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition in the technology industry
