Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller responsible for managing all finance and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and yearly accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Supervise payroll processes and manage accounts payable and procurement
• Provide financial analysis and support to executive team members for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience with strong GAAP knowledge
• MBA or CPA licensure preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in non-profit organizations with multi-state operations is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and financial reporting tools
