• Supervise and lead Client Managers and Support Analysts, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of team requests
• Oversee meeting quality and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue cycle performance
• Analyze financial performance and trends to create actionable initiatives for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in physician practice management or a senior-level position with professional fee responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; graduate degree preferred
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required within 6 months of hire
• Advanced knowledge of ICD-10, CPT-4 coding, and medical insurance terminology
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong analytical skills
