Creative Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Operations Studio Manager to oversee a multi-disciplinary creative services organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct daily functions of the Creative Production Studio, ensuring high performance and compliance with client mandates
  • Manage staffing, onboarding, and professional development to enhance team productivity and retention
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on processes and deliverables, serving as a point of escalation for project-related concerns
Required Qualifications
  • BA in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years in creative and/or marketing services
  • At least 5 years of management experience, preferably with a multi-shore delivery model
  • Experience managing large teams (20+ direct and indirect reports) preferred
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Figma & Adobe Workfront is preferred
