Credit Balance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Balance Manager to oversee patient credits and optimize revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the credit balance department and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Evaluate service needs and adjust staffing levels to maintain effective operations
  • Drive quality and performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with department leadership
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
  • Five (5) years of experience in Revenue Cycle Claims, billing, and Insurance follow-up
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and HFMA Certification
  • Preferred: Eight (8) years of experience in Revenue Cycle Insurance and Claims
