Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or Email marketing, preferably in fintech or e-commerce
Proficient in CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, or similar platforms
Understanding of customer segmentation, audience building, and marketing automation
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template editing
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
