Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits of clients' web analytics implementations and make recommendations for accurate tracking
• Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans using qualitative and quantitative data
• Collaborate with design and development teams to recommend changes based on test results

Required Qualifications

• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or jQuery
• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
• Experience with major web content management systems like WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
• Familiarity with cloud-based CRM solutions such as Salesforce or Hubspot is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
