Job Summary

A company is looking for a GRC Customer Assurance Manager to lead its Internal Customer Assurance program for the Information Security Organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries, including security questionnaires and audits
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer assurance program using relevant tools and technologies
  • Define and evolve the customer assurance strategy to align with customer expectations and industry trends
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in security, GRC, or customer-facing technical roles
  • Prior experience supporting customer security reviews, audits, or RFPs in a SaaS or cybersecurity context
  • In-depth knowledge of security and privacy frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
  • Strong understanding of cloud security and modern SaaS infrastructure
  • Experience in building and scaling customer assurance programs, including developing metrics for success
