Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders and internal customers
• Field between 75 to 100 calls daily, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service standards
• Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance products and collaborate with team members to address service issues

Required Qualifications

• 6 months experience in an office environment
• 6 months experience using Microsoft Windows PC applications
• 6 months experience in a work-from-home environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
